Code of Conduct for Teaching & Non-Teaching Staff
Every employee of SS International Makeup Academy, whether teaching or non-teaching, shall be governed by this Code of Conduct. Maintaining discipline, integrity, professionalism, and ethical behavior is mandatory for all staff members.
Acts Constituting Breach of Code of Conduct
The following acts shall be treated as a violation of the Code of Conduct:

Habitual late coming, irregular attendance, or negligence in assigned duties.

Use of abusive or offensive language; quarrelsome, aggressive, or disorderly behavior.

Making false allegations, spreading rumors, or displaying disrespectful conduct towards students, parents, colleagues, or management.

Physical or verbal assault, whether provoked or unprovoked.

Embezzlement of funds, misappropriation of academy property, theft, fraud, or financial misconduct.

Engaging in personal monetary transactions with students, parents, or fellow staff members.

Continuous neglect in evaluating classwork, practical work, assignments, or homework.

Damage, mutilation, or destruction of academy records, equipment, or property.

Conviction by a court of law for any criminal offense.
Professional Ethics & Responsibilities

Every employee shall maintain a high standard of professional conduct and adhere strictly to the academy’s ethical values.

Staff members shall treat students, parents, colleagues, and management with respect, dignity, and fairness.

Confidentiality of student records, institutional data, and internal matters must be maintained at all times.
Disciplinary Action
Any violation of this Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary action, including warning, suspension, or termination of service, in accordance with the policies and rules of SS International Makeup Academy.
During the period of service, the employee shall be liable to disciplinary action under the rules and regulations framed by the academy from time to time, including retrospective effect, for any act of misconduct, insubordination, indiscipline, criminal offense, or non-performance of duties.
Compliance with Institutional Rules
The employee shall comply with all rules, regulations, policies, and guidelines currently in force at the academy and shall faithfully carry out all lawful orders and directions issued from time to time by the Management / Director / Principal or any authorized official of SS International Makeup Academy.
Declaration
All teaching and non-teaching staff members are required to read, understand, and strictly follow this Code of Conduct as a condition of their employment with SS International Makeup Academy.
